Privacy Policy of 9dom.pl
Last updated: 5 October 2026
This document explains what data we process, why, whom we entrust it to and what rights you have. Effective from 5 October 2026. The Polish version is binding; this is a translation.
1. Data controller
The controller of personal data is Jacek Marek Szembel, Gniewoszów 18b, 57-530 Międzylesie. Contact on data matters: galeriakotlina@gmail.com.
2. What data we process
- Account data: e-mail address (and name and profile picture if you sign in with Google), Account identifier, sign-in dates.
- Birth data you enter into the calculators: date, time and place of birth, optionally a name and form of address (gender). It may concern you or other people whose data you enter — enter it only if you are entitled to.
- Saved interpretations and questions asked to the AI with answers (for signed-in users — on the Account).
- Payment data: purchase information (type, amount, date, transaction ID). We do not receive card data or BLIK codes — they are processed by the payment operator Stripe.
- Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, server logs.
3. Purposes and legal bases
Birth data is not special category data. We do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing that would produce legal effects.
- Maintaining the Account, performing calculations and interpretations, selling Packages — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract).
- Accounting and tax obligations — Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR (legal obligation).
- Security of the Service, handling complaints, establishing and defending claims — Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest).
4. Whom we entrust data to
We use providers that process data on our behalf under data processing agreements:
- Vercel Inc. — hosting;
- Supabase Inc. — Accounts, sign-in and database;
- Anthropic PBC — generating AI interpretations (we send calculated chart data, without your e-mail address);
- Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. — BLIK and card payments;
- Resend Inc. — sending e-mails;
- Google — sign-in with a Google account (if you choose it);
- OpenFreeMap — map tiles (fetched by your browser, which reveals your IP address).
Some providers are based in the USA. Transfers rely on the European Commission's adequacy decision (EU-US Data Privacy Framework) or standard contractual clauses.
5. How long we keep data
- Account data, saved interpretations and Packages — until the Account is deleted.
- Payment data — for the period required by tax law (5 years from the end of the tax year).
- Data needed to defend claims — until the limitation periods expire.
- Technical logs — up to several dozen days.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, restrict processing, data portability and to object to processing based on legitimate interest.
To exercise your rights, write to galeriakotlina@gmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office in Poland (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw).
Providing data is voluntary, but without an e-mail address you cannot create an Account, and without birth data we cannot perform calculations.
7. Cookies and browser storage
The Service uses only essential cookies: the sign-in session (Supabase), the chosen language and access security. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
We store birth data and settings in your browser's storage (localStorage) so you don't have to enter them again. You can remove them by clearing the site data in your browser.
The payment operator Stripe may use its own cookies on its payment page.
8. Changes
We will announce significant changes to this policy in the Service. The current version is always available at 9dom.pl/polityka-prywatnosci.
